I mean that their false logic is so glaringly obvious.For instance the end didn't arrive in 1914 as they predicted so they made some lame excuse and said that the devil was kicked out of heaven ,they can't prove it but they carry on repeating their pathetic fallacy.In the same vein they said Jesus would return at that time and every eye would see him which didn't happen so they said ,well he has returned but only those in the know recognise the fact that he returned invisibly.The generation doctrine has been turned on it's head and the list goes on,if you throw in a couple of mansions for the ancient worthies they become a laughing stock.
The fictional Edmond Dantes sure is a hero,thrown in a dungeon for something he was falsly accused of .His bride to be marries one of his accusers because she thinks he is dead.His father dies of starvation.Eventually with the help of a priest he gains wisdom and knowledge escapes from the Chateau D'If ,finds the hidden treasure in a cave. He then, with his wealth becomes The Count Of Monte Cristo and begins to put right the injustice by destroying Baron Danglar, Villefort, Caderousse ,and Mondego.
Love it.

Welcome Smilelover,
That is an easy question to answer it's because many here have been taken in by them. The Witness organisation is like a very large commercial enterprise that goes around selling faulty goods whilst at the same time heavily condemning just about everybody else on the planet.For over a hundred years they have been churning out false promises and they are still fooling people with very bad advice.So people here feel the need to speak out and this forum gives them the opportunity to do so.This acts a warning and offers help to people who are mesmerised by the Watchtowers false logic.

How to crack the code of creation
by edmond dantes ini was going say how to find the hidden god but maybe the hidden code of the first cause is a better term to describe the initial events that have lead mankind to where we are now.i would suggest that the bible or religion is not the way forward if we want to find how and why it all began in the first place.. scientific research is the only way to unlock the secrets of the unknown whether it be medical ,space or whatever.think about the enigma machine which was used to break the german coded messages during ww2 , it was not invented by prayer it was brought into being by a strong desire together with human ingenuity of trial and error.. lets thank all those people who have gone into research and discovered facts instead of figments.
imagine where we would be now if all those people throughout the last century had taken the advice of the jdubs and stayed away from further education.. just a thought..

My dog a goldfish and God
by edmond dantes inthink for one minute ; it is impossible for the human mind to truly comprehend god.by that i mean suppose we ,the human race, know as much about god as my dog knows about me.the dog is aware of me going out and coming in,being taken for a walk,having his meals put out for him etc.
but he has no concept of the place he lives in, the country or town.he knows nothing about the universe and this planet.he knows nothing not even being able to add one and one.same situation with a goldfish in a bowl, it hasn't a clue about the local pond, lake,or ocean,all it knows is the bowl.now suppose our situation is similar to the dog and goldfish .
we think we have some kind of understanding of god when in fact we don't know the reality by any stretch of the imagination.. maybe god hasn't revealed himself to man and that everything we think we know about god is purely mans invention and imagination , we are as dogs and goldfish.. .

If we are like dogs and goldfish try to imagine what must be out there that we don't know about. That's why the human race must never give up the will to explore possibilities because that keeps us optimistic.

i am being called an apostate by some at the kingdumhell ,what should i do
by looloo inwhen i bump into the people who are calling me that name i would like to say something about what apostate actually means but im not very articulate (you may have noticed) one lady has said she will be polite to me but nothing else , im not even an ex dub just an ex study so do i actually qualify for that title in the "land of makebelieve"?
i know that jws think they invented the word apostate !
